AssetLens For Project Development Consultant, trading as AssetLens ("AssetLens", "we", "us", or "our"), is an independent, operator-led advisory platform for developers based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We provide advisory services to real estate developers across the full asset lifecycle, including:

• Design Advisory — operability-focused review from concept to tender
• Build Advisory — post-award support through submittals, RFIs, and shop drawing review
• Handover Advisory — structured closeout, readiness verification, and operational takeover support
• Operate Advisory — post-handover stabilisation and lessons learned to improve long-term asset performance

All advisory outputs are shaped by hands-on operator-side experience, not theoretical frameworks.
