Shadi Kutaich

Founder, AssetLens

Shadi Kutaich is an asset and operations leader with 22+ years of experience across large-scale real estate, infrastructure, hospitality, communities, and mixed-use assets.

During his tenure at Emaar, he progressed from engineering and quality roles to Head of Asset Management, with responsibilities spanning design review, project handover, operational readiness, community operations, contractor governance, and long-term asset performance. His experience included leading large-scale asset portfolios and developing lifecycle processes that connected design and delivery decisions with operational outcomes.

Through AssetLens, he brings this operator-side experience to developers, helping identify lifecycle risks earlier, strengthen readiness, and improve the transition from concept to operations.
